Standard Access Articles

Unless an article is specifically identified as Open Access, it is published under the standard access model and protected under the copyright of American Observer Press.

No full-text article may be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, commercially redistributed, or otherwise reused beyond uses permitted by applicable copyright law without prior permission from the publisher.

Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, users may share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to the original work and any changes made are properly indicated.

The availability of article metadata or abstracts for public access does not imply that the corresponding full-text article is Open Access.

Permissions and Reuse

Permission may be required for reproduction, republication, distribution, commercial reuse, or other uses of copyrighted full-text content beyond those permitted by applicable law or by a license expressly assigned to an individual article.

For articles published under a Creative Commons license, reuse is governed by the terms of the specific license indicated on the article.
